We developed the complete project documentation for the industrial building in Priboj, located along the Lim River. The design process included all phases – from the conceptual design, obtaining the building permit, to preparing the construction drawings. This facility, an investment of German capital, represents an important project for the local economy, contributing to the creation of new jobs and the enhancement of the region’s economy. It is designed on a plot of 15,030 m², with a total built-up area of 6,220 m². The building is intended for industrial production, and its modern design meets the highest standards in terms of technology, energy efficiency, and functionality.
The building is designed as a skeletal system with reinforced concrete supporting columns and prestressed slabs, ensuring the durability and longevity of the structure. The walls and roof structure are covered with non-combustible thermal insulation panels, providing excellent thermal insulation and guaranteeing high fire protection standards. The internal functional organization of the space has been carefully designed in accordance with the technological production process, allowing for optimal space utilization, efficient work, and ease of movement for workers and equipment.
Special attention has been paid to the safety and security of users. The building is equipped with modern fire protection systems, appropriate evacuation exits, and ventilation systems that ensure high air quality inside the production spaces. Additionally, the use of energy-efficient materials and systems ensures that the building meets sustainable construction requirements, making it an example of modern industrial solutions focused on environmental protection.
