Industrial building “Metal Point”

Our team has created the complete project documentation for the industrial building in Sevojno, covering all stages of design – from conceptual solutions and obtaining the building permit to the execution project.

The building is located on a plot of 15,030 m². The gross developed building area is 450 m². The primary structural material used is a metal load-bearing structure consisting of columns and beams. The structure is clad with thermal insulation facade and roof sandwich panels. This choice of materials ensures the building’s energy efficiency and reduces operational costs during its use.

The project is based on the concept of simplicity and functionality of the space, with design focused on maximizing the building’s utilization for various industrial needs. The space is designed to allow flexible organization of internal and external zones, facilitating the adaptation of the building to the specific requirements of the users. Special attention has been given to the optimization of traffic routes, loading and unloading areas, as well as storage spaces.

The facade is designed in colors that allow easy identification of the building. The use of modern materials and emphasis on colors has contributed to the modern appearance of the building, further enhancing its image in the business environment.
