Multifamily Residential Building ‘Nalps’

Our architectural studio proudly presents the successfully completed project of a multifamily residential building in Zlatibor, which is the result of careful planning, innovative design, and collaboration with investors to achieve exceptional functionality and harmony with the surrounding environment. From the initial concept, through obtaining the building permit, to the development of the execution project, we provided comprehensive support to fulfill the vision of the investors and the needs of future residents.

The building is located on a spacious plot of 3,410 m², with a total of 5,811 m² of gross developed building area. The project includes 78 functional residential units offering comfort and modern living, with 46 garage spaces and 32 parking spaces for additional convenience.

One of the key aspects of this project was harmony with the natural environment. With the support of the investors, we managed to preserve the natural qualities of the site and integrate the building into the existing landscape. We are particularly proud that all the existing pine trees, many of which are over 100 years old, remained untouched, further emphasizing the contribution to preserving the unique natural ambiance of the location. This approach allowed the building to become a natural part of the landscape, providing future residents with a sense of peace and connection with nature.
