Paradise Villas

Two "paradise" villas and a viewpoint with sophisticated architecture, adorned with carefully selected interior elements, are situated on the beautiful Tara Mountain, near Zaovine Lake

We have developed the complete project documentation for luxury villas near Zaovine Lake on Tara Mountain, covering all phases of design—from the conceptual solution and obtaining the building permit to the execution project and interior design. These refined villas are built on extremely steep terrain, requiring a methodical approach to both design and construction. The concept of the buildings is based on simple architectural forms, featuring a distinctive triangular cross-section and a one-sided orientation that offers a spectacular view of the lake. The property spans 3,420 m², with each villa boasting a gross developed construction area of 155 m². The structures consist of two levels—a basement and a ground floor with a gallery. Between the villas, a flat plateau has been carefully designed as a central space for relaxation and leisure, featuring a modernly designed pool that enhances the ambiance.

The front façade is dominated by large glass portals, allowing an abundance of natural light to flood the interior while creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces, blending the architecture with the surrounding nature. The villas are identical in shape and function, contributing to the overall harmony of the complex. A special highlight is the SPA zone located in the basement of both villas, serving as a perfect retreat for relaxation and enjoyment.

The interior has been meticulously designed to harmonize with the natural surroundings. Indigenous materials such as stone and wood, typical of this mountainous region, have been used, while the modern architectural expression adds elegance and warmth to the space. Interior design details have been carefully crafted to provide luxury and comfort while preserving the authenticity of the local landscape.
